Postponed Until October - Stay Tuned for New Details! -- Online Support Group for Anxiety -

Updated: Aug 5, 2020

Managing your stress is more important than ever -- job changes, isolation, relationships, worries, staying indoors, missing your favorite activities, feeling stalled, and reasons you're not even sure of. All these uncertainties and losses are real, even if you're one of the lucky ones who kept your job, your health, and a roof over your head.

This small and active group is limited to 6 people, so you will receive individual support and connect with others.

Send me a contact request on the Home Page to register or ask questions. You'll receive an answer and follow-up information within one day.

Covered by most commercial insurance plans I'm in network with - Cigna, Aetna, United, Optum, Oxford, and Oscar. A phone call to your insurance provider can answer if your costs for telemedicine are being waived until 9/30/20 or not. If you prefer, $40/session self-pay.
